But even in today's time, if we get to hear words like women empowerment, then there is also a bit of disappointment that we have to work separately for this. I believe very clearly that if someone can empower the women then they are the women themselves. I believe that men are also responsible for the pathetic condition of women, but they are also mostly responsible for it. If the women had not become an enemy of the woman, this situation would not have arisen. If the women had not tolerated the oppression and fought and accepted the challenges, then this day would not have been seen by them. If women used to respect and help the women accompanying them, today women would be at the peak.
The act of corrupting only and only by linking the thought stream of Indian culture with the practice of child marriage, Ghangat, and Sati has been done by some prejudiced people. I accept that all this has been a part of our system for some time, but it is not appropriate to discredit the Sanatan culture by calling it a core emotion. There is no mention of practices like child marriage, Ghangat system, and Sati practice in any scripture.
I know maybe from somewhere, by extracting something, some people can prove anything by misinterpreting it, but the sun does not need a lamp to light it.
Today, wherever you look, there is someone standing with the flag of feminism and it is good, but they should also know the true meaning of feminism. Women's empowerment is meant to make women mentally, physically, culturally, physically strong in all areas, but we have taught them that you are superior to men, your position is only due to men only. And in the context of India, I miss only one line: Women empowerment means 'abuse to boys and clapping to girls'. I believe that this wall of discrimination will be very painful in times to come.
Neither do we boys have to learn that you are superior to girls, nor do girls have to learn that you are superior to boys or you are inferior. We must always teach both of them that there are no inferior or superior but all are equal. Neither we have to make a woman a goddess nor a man a God.
